A really great kit, at a great price on offer from 1001 Hobbies, promptly despatched from France and arriving in UK 2 days later. Great all round !

12 days after purchase I still have not received the puzzle.

I'm not having any luck with this order, I received the model, but I thought you'd forgotten about me, and now the delivery man has taken my paintings to a neighbor's house. But it's not your fault that the delivery man employs people who can't read.

I am very satisfied with the service but not at all with the delivery time (25 days!).

There is poor order tracking... if we don't ask where our items are, we wait without any news... and on top of that, the items are out of stock 4 weeks after placing the order and without any compensation!!!!

Ordered a couple of Sparviero kits. 1001 Hobbies worked very quickly to get my order out, and but for UPS delaying by a day, 1001 Hobbies worked great and I'd order from them again.

My first order included a model that was missing parts to which I received a credit that was immediately absorbed on unasked for express shipping. The mistake ended up costing me more money than if I hadn't had a discount at all and it was sent by regular mail. No clarification on the back office change was given other than it happened "thanks to your [my] discount."

The search engine to find an article is average (lots of unrelated articles), but otherwise it's a good site.
