Incorrect offers appear, which are either not available or are delivered incorrectly (instead of a 1/48 airplane model, a rubber seal for an RC car...). You don't get your money back...only vouchers. Very dubious. Happened twice already...certainly not a third time!

Order handled and received well. Nevertheless, it would be good if the items were better referenced, especially for the models where the number of parts is missing.

PROBLEM ON A DELIVERY NO RESPONSE

Order arrived incomplete (one item missing). Two messages sent to contact address (the third today 16 February 2022). No response! I have had problems with other sites but they have always been quickly corrected with a courteous response. I now avoid the 1001 Hobbies site, which I don't trust at all.

After 40 years +- without making models, I started again. I made a 1st purchase on 1001 hobbies for rugs and other objects. A few days ago I made several purchases from their site, despite 3 stores in the small provincial town where I live. I'm very satisfied with 1001 hobbies' service. The prices are, I think, quite competitive compared with other sites and stores just about everywhere. What's more, as of now they're giving me a 4% discount on all purchases. What more could I ask for. Thanks to them. I will continue to buy from them. Products super well packaged know the sweetness of the delivery lol. Very best regards to all mascarpet makers in France and the rest of the world. Un plus si jeune maquetiste.
