Neat, clear website with quick right search results so easy and fast ordering.

Everything is perfect on the site, but the packaging has been different from one shipment to the next, and I don't understand why. Otherwise, delivery times are respected.

Clear site, you get what you ordered, in other words, the site gives realistic information. Delivery took over a week, but I find that very acceptable. Nice product and pleasant to work with. Very satisfied.

I had to wait far too long (almost a month) for my order to be dispatched, even though the product was supposed to be in stock (marked as available)... What's more, the prices weren't very competitive. The main advantage of this site is the wide range of products on offer, which you can't necessarily find elsewhere.

I bought a Mercedes Actros 6x4 1/14 from tamiya for the price so good that I had and above acian me a discount of 5 € for my first purchase, it is true that I had doubts since I called by phone to clarify some doubts I had, but to no avail, because the response of lady lacked sense, still decided to buy. I have removed a star for the woman who attended me on the phone although she was nice she does not have much idea of what is sold, otherwise everything perfect, has if 1001 hobbies will be the first site that I will take into account to buy.

When I opened the box and checked it over, I noticed that a few small parts were missing because they were broken, especially the throttle control, which is admittedly small, and also that some parts were broken when attached to the frame, which was a shame!

I ordered two pots of model paint, one of which was fine, but the other contained paint with a strange texture that was impossible to mix, resulting in a lumpy, non-flowing mass that could not be used.
