Pre-order January 2025 still not delivered. Discount on order delivered Saturday (products in stock) after a long delay and a pathetic chronopost delivery. 1001 Hobbies finished. I will go to the store.

Very good quality but excessive delivery times (holidays?) Good phone contact but listening quality is random. Nevertheless, the finish of the products is exemplary!

Order prepared and addressed within two weeks given the supply constraint from a Ukrainian producer (brand Strelets). I was regularly informed about the order's progress. Once the products were packaged, received within 24 hours. However, the "double protection" in packaging will no longer be necessary for me in the future: more symbolic than real.

The announced deadline was one week for shipping, but it took an additional 10 days. I contacted customer service to cancel part of the order due to the delay. No follow-up from them. The package was therefore sent late without any communication.

Chronopost delivery 24h for delivery Saturday, September 6.......received on Wednesday, 10.... Paid for 24h delivery for.....120 h. Thank you 1001hobbies. Ah, does not respond to messages or phone calls...... "due to a high number of calls.....etc, etc". No wonder. The nephew did not receive his birthday gift on Sunday. Cool

Non-existent customer service that ignores your problems. Is the order taking a long time to ship? They reassure you that it will arrive sooner or later. Do you want to cancel the order because you've been waiting for months? They completely ignore you. I requested a refund because 2 of the 3 items I ordered months ago were never available, and they first ignore me and are vague, and then they ship the third one without my permission. If you shop with them, I suggest using Paypal so you can more easily get your money back.
