Delivery not in order!!! We are still missing part of our order. Request for correct invoice remains unanswered.

I returned my order on January 31st, 1001hobbies received it on February 5th - more than 20 days ago - and I'm still waiting for my refund... No reply to my e-mails, little or no responsiveness from customer service, no communication... To be avoided!

A more forceful description of the product is missing; especially in new products.

Navigation on the site, customer service and delivery are very reliable! Unfortunately, you cannot pay in installments by bank transfer! 🤷‍️ A retailer takes no risk, as the goods are only dispatched once full payment has been received!

A bit pricey for a HG but it was a kit that was hard to find, and I appreciate them being able to supply it.

Very wide range in proposals

The time between order and dispatch of the order is too long (almost 3 weeks) even though the products are in stock.

Very large range for very specific hobbies. Prices are also fair in my opinion, although compared to other sites the prices on this site are slightly higher. However, this is made up for by the lower shipping costs. All in all, I will only order from this site in the future.

Check your stock before putting it up for sale

I am satisfied with my order, except that it was not delivered to the place defined but as it is Chronopost that delivered it does not even surprise me, they do what they want.

Purchasing and paying for the item was very easy but the delivery was slow as it is shipped from France and it was held up in US customs for about a week.

Correct delivery and products in perfect condition. Nothing negative to say. The rather high price is known from the outset and is therefore not open to criticism (it's the buyer's choice).

I placed an order at the end of October for 3 gunpla, one available immediately, another had just been announced as being back in stock, and the last one was on pre-order, with an estimated delivery date of November. 2 weeks later, just after the withdrawal period, the deadlines were changed, nothing was in stock, everything was postponed to December and January. I'm told to be patient, that one of the models is a very popular product and that if I cancel I lose out, and that in any case, no refund is possible because the right of withdrawal is obsolete. I have to be patient, it's a Christmas present, almost 300€ that I couldn't offer. In mid-December, the deadlines were extended again to the end of January and the end of March. I contact the company at the end of January to ask them to send me a separate shipment, which I would pay for if necessary, as soon as each model is available (I remind you that 2 of them were available in October 2024), as there has been no change in the delivery dates, but they tell me that no, they won't be available. I have no communication on my order tracking, I go on the site, the delivery dates are now for the end of July 2025. As a contractor myself with orders for equipment and supplies abroad, I still wonder about the seriousness of this company and their online stock management, in addition to significant price differences when 2 identical products are sold in their shop with sometimes 15€ difference for the same product, and an evasive customer service that wants to show you that you are not in your rights. In the meantime, I've been robbed of 300€, a disappointed relative who doesn't understand my apology for his Christmas present and thinks I'm blatantly lying to him so as not to give him anything, and a lot of stress caused by this situation. I'm beginning to think I'll never see the color of these gunpla.

You have to allow a little time from ordering to delivery. However, this was not a decisive factor for me, because other factors play a role here that 1001 HOBBIES does not necessarily have in its hands. And so the 5 stars are well deserved. Thank you!

1001 Hobbies remains the only one-stop shop I have found for Humbrol matt enamels. The inventory is complete and the service is reliable. That has not been true for any on-line sites (or shops) I have found in the USA. Mil fois merci.

7 days to send products that are "available" or "sent in 24h" is not cool. And it's not the first time, unfortunately.
