I ordered on 3.9 and nothing has arrived so far and my email has not been answered for 1 month 1001hobbies has cheated me of 65 euros 1001hobbies is a French site and not a German one I can no longer get my money because I have transferred it I have been very stupid, you are just not and definitely do not order anything here

New website, much more complete and efficient. Very complete catalog of model airplanes and ships. Very professional and transparent order management. Very diligent and fast delivery of orders through Correos.

Serious site impeccable service i recommend

Parcel arrived but with a very/too long delay and unfortunately incomplete...I was however reimbursed for the missing product, fortunately I had made a PayPal payment as it was impossible for me to simply contact them. A very mixed experience for me.

Very disappointed with the order where the products (color) did not meet my expectations. the color contained in the jars was either very thick, bordering on usable, or completely hardened, and therefore unusable.

The site is very elaborate and needs a few tweaks. Delivery and advice are excellent. Customers are valued by the 1001Hobbies team.

Fast and accurate shipping

Very good site with a wide choice of layouts. In terms of navigation, I preferred the old version (updated in January), especially for the search filters. As for delivery, nothing to complain about, dispatched and delivered quickly.

Nice to be able to order models that were not available in NL. Too bad that at those prices (1001 hobbies is not cheap) no glue and paint is included. Would have been nice with such a large order. Delivery of the order is fine as well as the way of offering.

Give us the option of saving the basket before ordering, as we lose the basket when we leave the site without placing an order

Nice stuff they have on sale just too bad not all items have the appropriate scale/ratio listed.

Stock item ready for immediate shipment took 1.5 weeks. Packaging of the model was torn and taped. From the manufacturer it comes normally shrink-wrapped.

Order placed. Delivery within 3 days. All good.
