Bad. Products never arrived. They ship from France with untracked shipping. After a one month wait, with excuses that are neither in heaven nor on earth from customer care, I had to ask for a refund through PayPal. I will never buy anything from them again! They do not deserve even one star.

Incorrect offers appear, which are either not available or are delivered incorrectly (instead of a 1/48 airplane model, a rubber seal for an RC car...). You don't get your money back...only vouchers. Very dubious. Happened twice already...certainly not a third time!

After 40 years +- without making models, I started again. I made a 1st purchase on 1001 hobbies for rugs and other objects. A few days ago I made several purchases from their site, despite 3 stores in the small provincial town where I live. I'm very satisfied with 1001 hobbies' service. The prices are, I think, quite competitive compared with other sites and stores just about everywhere. What's more, as of now they're giving me a 4% discount on all purchases. What more could I ask for. Thanks to them. I will continue to buy from them. Products super well packaged know the sweetness of the delivery lol.
