As a newbie I didn't know that the models have to be painted afterwards. It could be explained before the purchase in case you want to buy everything at once. It arrived late because of the carrier strike xd But apart from this the customer service is very good, the attention, solutions to problems ....
It is not the first time I buy in it and will not be the last.

I placed the order thinking that the two SBD s were 1:72 scale... But they are 1:48. And the web did not specify anything. Too bad.

good service. The range of models is exceptional. I always look at 1001 hobbies when considering purchasing a new model. Don't be put of ordering simply because shipment comes from France delivery service is first class.

Very good service, I already knew the product, the pick-up at the collection point was late after researching the package tracking, as I had not received the delivery SMS.

The order arrived safely.
As for the rest, I'm waiting for the rest of what I asked for.
Small problems of communication, prices and articles "in stock" but which I think are with subcontractors with 1001Hobbies work. I'm waiting for the rest of my order and to see if this site is serious. Their address is still in Paris even though they've moved. That can happen.
I hope I've answered some verified questions. And may our future relations be good. Otherwise, it's a good merchant site, despite a few minor problems which I hope have been resolved. To be seen in the future.
Thank you for the opportunity to give my opinion. Pierrelebelgeapau.
