My order arrived well, but I had a problem. After placing the order, I did not receive an email confirming the shipment. I opened a ticket on the website, telling what had happened, and they replied that the post office had lost my package and that they could ship it without an item (which they no longer had). The next day, I was informed that the package had indeed been shipped back and arrived the next day. That is, if I had not opened a call about the order, I might not have received the order.

Total lack of seriousness, with dimensions announced on the site that have nothing to do with reality. The plane I received was much smaller.
