Ordering and shipping went really well. Everything arrived on time. It's not your fault, but I would have liked the packaging of the model car in the box to be much better. At first I thought the car was broken, but everything worked out fine. It would be nice if shipping was free, like it is on Amazon or other websites for orders over €29. Let's just say that I have been making purchases over the Internet for about 20 years now. Well, 1001 Hobbies.co.uk is the first and only internet seller where I feel ripped off. I ordered (07/2021) a model kit Space Probe Voyager but got a bag of ball bearings. A second attempt was made (via credit voucher / 02/2022) but had to pay shipping costs again, again got a bag of ball bearings. I finally asked for refund but no real response to this. From me next advice: rather buy from another online provider. It will save you a lot of misery.
