A faster response time would be desirable

The delivery was very good

The only issue I have with this company is the web site’s search engine is difficult to use and refine to what I’m looking for. Example: when I want to see all details and accessories for a 1/32 scale P47, that is all I want to see, not all 1/32 scale details and accessories.

What I bought has arrived, but my two orders were placed on the same day, they brought them to me together but they counted the shipment twice. I complained about it but they did not pay attention to me.

I received the wrong item and returned it as requested but have had no replacement, refund or any response since.

Amazing range of models to choose from. Good prices and fast service.

Everything was well organized, only drawback is that all communication was in French, a drawback for me

Placed an order for Xmas, with a published delivery time of 2 weeks. Should have been plenty of time. When there was no sign of it, I had to contact them to chase delivery. To be told there’s no way it would be delivered for Xmas! Therefore I had to cancel! COMMUNICATION IS PARAMOUNT.

The website was easy enough to use but my package arrived extremely late and the box looked like it had been run over by a truck. Won’t use this website again

Came in time at first was a bit wary as it was shipped from europe and thought it might get delayed but pleasantly happy that it came on the day stated on delivery thank you very much

I am not going to give them any star for the bad management since November 27 I am waiting for my order and nothing, now let's wait how long it takes to return the money, the truth is a shame because we had planned to order several times this year.

The order did not arrive. They wouldn't pick up the phone. I managed to get in touch and cancel the order. I am still waiting for the money back and the deadline has passed.

Was notified my address was not good for mailing with a PO Box! Changed my address but kept getting notices about the bad address even though I changed it!!! No good contact number to advise of the change, since y'all didn't check my address change before sending 3 or more notices!!!

I purchased a tamiya carbon fibre chassis upgrade kit from 1001 hobbies. This excellent item arrived safely and well packaged, in perfect condition. The price was very good. I'm very exited to build this into my touring car. The delivery was a little bit slow (2 weeks) but I suspect this is due to brexit. Overall, very happy with service, and would recommend 1001 hobbies. Will use again.

A few errors concerning delivery, the proposal of relay points on the site or the parcel is not accepted, moreover in the first parcel there were not all the items ordered, however the people we call in the event of problems are very attentive and are not dishonest.

Delivery too late because after the holidays, contrary to the initial indications on the site. Once delivered, incorrect barcode, so impossible for the shopkeeper to find the parcel. He had to check his stock parcel by parcel, an unimaginable waiting time for me and a major inconvenience for the shopkeeper. Very disappointed with this delivery and therefore with your site. I will no longer recommend it.
