My parcel was mistakenly delivered to a relay point, but the 1001 correspondent made up for it. Bravo and thank you to her and her team.

Following an order placed on 28/12/2021, the package was delivered without the model. I sent several messages to inform them of the problem, which remains unanswered to this day. In addition, it is impossible to contact them by telephone, as the line is always busy.

Everything went quickly, despite Corona and shortly before Christmas. Nothing to complain about.

Obviously the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. ordered and paid for goods, weeks later a request for payment. I would have spoken to the store personally if the telephone numbers had been the right ones. I paid everything with PayPal...lucky me, never again!!!

My nephew only wants COBI but from WWII. I am not an expert in tanks, planes etc...and I went crazy. The hardest part was finding the product. It had to be entered in the home tab. It would be convenient more tags to facilitate the search. Otherwise everything was perfect and the kid was delighted.

See my previous review regarding this company. Since I sent it I have at last received a refund. It's taken the best part of a month plus follow up calls. They receive a 2 star rating because at least I did get my money back.

I ordered a Boeing 747 kit on 23rd November 2021. Approaching the delivery date I looked at the Tracking record and found that it had not been sent although I had received an email from them saying it had been dispatched. They had also taken payment. I rang them and they said there had been an error and it had not been dispatched but would create a new order. this they did but the delivery date was too close to Christmas so I cancelled the order before they had a chance it dispatch it. I am still waiting for my refund. I have phoned them several times and they say they will deal with it but nothing happens. Now I try to ring them and there is a message saying they have too many calls and cut me off. This is quite the worst experience I have had dealing with a company on the internet. In my experince I find them totally incompetent and would not ever deal with them again once I get my money back.

The deadline is respected this order follows an availability alert "product" of more than 18 months. conclusion: great satisfaction

Order placed on December 7, guaranteed delivery before Christmas. No information on order tracking, I've only just received a refund (January 16) with no news beforehand. Avoid.

Processing took almost two months and only took place after Paypal was activated.

When ordering it was not indicated that it would take time to arrive ...recu le 24 décembrez !!! That's hot for christmas presents. And when I e-mailed to find out why, I was told only that some items would take a long time to arrive ... without offering to send the ones that were in stock. The result was a lot of stress for me, which I wanted to avoid in the first place!

Ease of ordering and site ergonomics

No organization! 2 items bought supposed to be in stock but 1 of the 2 was not in stock and sent later (and therefore after Christmas, great ...) And the 1st was supposed to arrive in relay parcel, but the center of the post calls December 24 to tell me that it is not eligible for delivery in relay parcel ... I had to free time on my work time to pick up my package at the sorting center post! Neither done nor to do ...

Although I've had great difficulty with delivery (due to poor service from Mondial Relay), I think your site is fairly well supplied and we can find everything we need for our pleasure. However, allow me to point out a few problems, namely the impossibility of reaching you by telephone (it was just before the holidays, so that explains it). which prevents us from ordering small quantities, i.e. a renewal of paint pots or a spray paint, but above all, don't put the labels on the reference of the pot, we don't know which color it is and we have to peel off the label and make a new one for each pot, otherwise I'd order from you again, because you're still very professional, and that's the main thing!

Have placed an order 29/12/2021 and also asked recently what the state of this order is, yet no one has replied to my request as of today 15/01/2022??????
