Delivery time a little long... 3 weeks !!!

The whole organization around the order is good. The status of the order is easy to follow. The quality of the construction kits depends on the brand. I would like to be able to make improvements. For example in the manual.... Greetings Hans

Compliant and on time

A disaster. They made a mistake in sending me the product. In order to return the product I had to call several times and there was never anyone who spoke Spanish. In the end they sent me a return label. After three weeks I am still without the product and without my money back. I will not buy from this site again and I do not recommend it.

Order well received: the blister pack and cardboard box are in good condition (it was a Masters of the universe figurine: the condition of the latter is important for a collector) and the figurine is magnificent. I'm giving it 4 stars (I hesitated to give it only 3) because the time between ordering and receiving it was extremely long... But perhaps that's due to the large number of orders for the festive season... (hence the 4th star instead of 3) Thanks to you!

I was really happy at first with the delivery time, but once I had the parcel in my hands, I realized that I had not at all received the product corresponding to the visual, nothing to do with it, I'm really disappointed...

I am satisfied with the speed of delivery of the package, but very disappointed with the quality of service concerning the implementation of gift wrap and gift message, service charged 2 €50, I had to redo the gift wrap and no message, fortunately I received the package instead of shipping it to the person concerned by the gift, I would have been too ashamed...

Good description on the website. Model received as ordered and very fast delivery. The only downside was the gift-wrapping, which was not up to scratch and a bit messy.

Delivery was returned by DHL - only DHL.... knows why Credit note took a very long time and had to be claimed several times. I find a German homepage with a German telephone number and email address irritating and when I call, a call center (or something) in France answers, where you have little command of the English language.

Too bad about the Heller paint problem.

For one item, we first had to wait for it to arrive in stock, even though it was ordered with "in stock". Shipment from France. Item flawless, shipment well packaged
