Order date: 26/12/2021 Hello, for my 1st order, I am very disappointed ... we are far from the 2 to 4 days of shipping! I chose your site, even if it meant paying a bit more, thinking I was dealing with professionals...(who respect customers... no info!) seeing that things weren't moving very fast, I recommended almost all the items on a well-known site, where you can buy anything you can sell on the internet.... the very next morning, I began to receive my 1st parcels ... and after three days, I had received everything! and cheaper! no comments! sorry, but this will be my 1st and last order on your site ...

The package arrived damaged a bit too bad
Only received part of my order, via email I can't get contact with the store. Never have I had an experience so bad with an online store. Should 1001hobbies read this, I would like to receive the rest of my products, or get my money refunded for these products.

On 12/27/2021 I placed my order, I was assigned the number ODKOJXKBC, today 11/01//2022, I am still waiting to receive it.
It didn't fulfill my order, gave a refund eventually but never answered one of my e-mails
Had to pay £68.51 extra on delivery above cost of order. No reply from 1001 hobbies when questioned, no mention of additional cost on ordering. Delivery company UPS don’t accept cheques ( still legal tender ) not happy with whole thing
Because, products on sale on your site, while you do not have them in stock. I placed an order on 18/12/2021. And you told me to wait for your supplier to deliver the product. Which apparently was itself out of stock. This is unacceptable. I want my parcel delivered this week. Or my money back. CDLT

The order was very easy to place on the site. Navigation was not a particular problem. It says that the item is on pre-order. But two and a half months after the release date, I still haven't received anything. No e-mail from the site to explain the situation. I wrote to the contact person who still hasn't replied. All I've received are promotional offers I don't care about. I'm waiting for my order. And I'm not going back to this site.
Hello, nothing to say about 1001 hobbies but about the carrier, the parcel was complete with several broken parts. these were thrown loose in the box, finally disappointed by this first shipment.
Very dissatisfied with this site. I did not receive my order. The private parcel company said that I was absent on the day of delivery, which was totally untrue, especially as this is a medical practice with a secretary. Since then, the delivery service has sent the parcel back to 1001 hobbies and tells me that there's nothing more they can do. And no news from 1001 hobbies despite my emails. They are impossible to reach. And of course I've had no refund either.
Fast delivery and item as described, I recommend
My shipping cost went from 15.oo to 49.oo after adding one very small and weightless item... Their shipping prices are confusing and seem high.
Found the site difficult to navigate, once I had located an item , I found it difficult to find again. The description of a lot of items is too breif , hence me paying the price for a kit wich I assumed would be cast alloy pieces but it turng out to be cheap plastic(?) bits . Once order placed I found out it was coming from France which took about 2 weeks but was kept informed (even received a email few days after I had got it to say it was still on its way) . When it arrived ,I thought it must be a empty box ,it was so light. I opened the very well made box to find a few plastic bags containing the parts which mostly looked very delicate . This turned out to be true as the were also very brittle and broke very easy. I proceeded using the broken parts as best I could but when a major part broke in two ,enough was enough and the whole lot went in the bin - a expensine mistake.I feel this company wants to improve its quality control and stop selling kits such as this(Fordson Tractor Big) for a rediculous high price .

Goods marked as available while they don't have it in stock instead, very long delivery time, as of December 27 I still don't receive my order and I don't know what happened to it! I will never buy from them again!
Ordering was simple and easy, payment was simple and easy, that's it. I ordered on 13.12., no delivery has arrived to date, no response to emails. A pity really, I was actually quite convinced.

Hello, the airflow valve is a bit expensive, but it allowed me to build myself a nice little installation with a PS259 gunze, which I would have bought on your site if I had found it .

Navigation on the website is not the easiest or the most intuitive but I manage to get where I want to go. I was never able to complete my order because the website would never properly process my payment method. I tried getting help from their helpline but I ran into the same issues. They claimed that my payment method was at fault…mmm, I used the same payment method at a competitor and had no issues what so ever. I would still like to shop 1001 hobbies but not for awhile. They have to figure this stuff out, and the excuse of there being a shortage of workers, seems sketchy. As I explained to the help desk person whom I was in contact with, the system was such a mess that I wasn’t even sure he/she was legitimate therefore I wasn’t going to risk giving them my financial information.

It allowed me to place an order for an item you never actually had in stock. It took over a month with me finding ways to message the company about my missing order, until I received notice it was out of stock. I had already put a dispute in with my credit card company, letting them know I had not heard from the company nor received any response from them. The credit card refunded me my funds and I immediately ordered somewhere else and received that item less then a week later.
