I have still not received the delivery and have not received any information about the delivery.

I have been waiting for my order for over a Monday and have not yet received any feedback

Pure chaos, zero customer service

Delivery times on the site do not match actual delivery times. In fact, I still do not have my delivery!

I didn't get anything in

Wasn't informed from the start about import fees and still being charged VAT also so that was a downer. But the refund process was quick and the one and only time I had to speak to the team it was dealt with quickly professionally and the lady was lovely. Just the whole journey as a whole was disappointing

Still not received my order valued over £160 since last July 2021 and had no info

I made 2 separate orders, the first turned up. In my account it says the second order was added to the first, but I haven't received it and they have still charged me a large postage cost for each very small item. I have emailed them and had no response.

The negative assessment is for having put on sale products that instead it was impossible to find and having ordered in early December in order to receive x Christmas this misunderstanding has created me a bit 'of problems ... Excellent instead the management of the problem a customercare always present with email updates and the resolution in the total refund took place in the time needed for foreign bank ...so to avoid the larks as sales and give real availability of products only then you acquire loyalty from customers!

The model car was different from what was ordered ,plus the wheels were broken

Following the purchase of a model that I returned without opening the package (because the person had bought the same model ...) I bought another model while waiting for the refund of the first since 07/12 no refund no news and unreachable by phone .... for purchases fast delivery but returns is something else

The products are outstanding and hard to find elsewhere. I like the challenge of the detailed models. Ordering was easy and delivery was prompt.

The equipment ordered arrived correctly during this festive period, enhanced by the pandemic...;-) The only downside is the product listing on the site, which sometimes makes it difficult to find the product you're looking for. And the response to a request for information doesn't always arrive (unless I'm mistaken). But given the range of products on offer, nobody's perfect. I am therefore satisfied. Sincerely

A bit slow. Also, due to our absence, they left the package at a neighbor's house without notifying us, so we didn't know what had happened to the package until the neighbor told us he had it. For the rest, everything was fine.
