I was told my item wasn’t available two day post purchase. They offered me a similar item and told me I would not pay the balance. We thought it was a good gesture. However the item they sent was on sale for the same price. So we did think we where mislead. Then it took days to post abscess held up st customs because it didn’t have the proper paperwork. When it did arrive it had one wrap of bubble wrap ! Just one layer fir a 10kg item that had done electrical components. Poor show 1001 !

Ordering and shipping went really well. Everything arrived on time. It's not your fault, but I would have liked the packaging of the model car in the box to be much better.
