Actually free shipping from 69€, I paid shipping and handling fee. Too bad! Much more expensive than I realized, I would actually return the item and ask for the money back. But I needed the item immediately 🙁

Amazing that a company that seeks so much feedback is so poor. Goods shown as in stock weren't, emails to customer service were ignored. Over a month from ordering to receiving my goods. Funniest thing was after leaving feedback on another site and making it clear I would never order from this company again, they sent me a code for a whole 10 euros off my next order!

Very slow delivery

We wanted this kit for a Christmas present but the kit came in a box that had been crushed when it had been packed. So it is not a satisfactory present.

I did receive my item before Christmas, but the messages I received suggest that the customer is being taken for a ride... the seller said he had sent the parcel, but the carrier didn't pick it up until much later!

Unfortunately, the delivery time indicated on the Internet for the ordered decals was not met. Otherwise everything was o.k. Ordered model was only available at 1001hobbies.

I received my goods but 1 of these is not working and I am not getting any response to this from the website.

Second time ordering WW2 models for my husband. Good prices and good delivery times. Will no doubt be ordering again next year for Christmas!

First order made on December 9th, arrived on the 17th not very happy for a birthday on the 12th, but the sales department was very responsive Second order Sunday received Tuesday fast nickel, I recommend and the models are beautiful.

Happy with my order. But disappointed by the packaging which I paid 2.50 € to have an unfinished package, it lacks at least 20 cm of paper so we see the inside of the gift ... I am forced to redo it
