Hello good morning I received the first broken item (inside its BROKEN packaging), I requested the change to where to return it and I never received a response from the page, I bought the item again and I received the product with the original packaging very broken, what a coincidence (? ), unfortunately it could not be the gift, have a merry christmas

The model boxes are very dusty it's unacceptable to make christmas presents to my grandchildren!!!!
