Le prime volte è stato tutto fantastico ma da quando ho richiesto il codice mt35021 che mi avevate detto di spedirmi successivamente perché avevate dimenticato di inserire nell'ordine fatto le cose non vanno più bene. Ho scritto molte volte ma ancora non ho ricevuto risposta alla mia domanda perché il prodotto da me richiesto è presente e disponibile ma io non riesco ancora ad averlo. Mi avete dato solo un buono corrispondente all'importo da me pagato per l'oggetto ma io vorrei quello che ho ordinato.

The goods arrived in perfect quality and undamaged in high-quality packaging. The information about the delivery status is also sufficient. However, I do have reservations about the delivery time. Almost two months is simply too long. Please remedy this.

I bought a model for more than 60€ and it leaves something to be desired for the price it cost. I paid 6€ for shipping and about 3€ for it to come gift wrapped, and it took longer than estimated (when at the time of purchase no one warned about it or put it on the website, then already put it in the item description), and the wrapping was a crappy wrapping paper with nothing else.

I would put 5 stars, but the time between purchase/payment and receipt, in my opinion is still long.
