Delivery time a little long (the availability of the item was not sufficiently highlighted), purchase made for a gift, it arrived late. Otherwise, the product is of high quality and the packaging minimalist, which is important to me.

Good service and a good selection of paint in stock!

1001 Hobbies is a bit pricy, but they always seem to have that hard-to-find item that completes my project. They have great customer service and are sure to keep me informed of anything out of the ordinary so I don't get surprised (in a bad way).

The packaging was perfect, but once removed, the box was missing two seals. Someone probably opened it before packing it.

Everything went quite well. Only, as I told you, when I placed the order, the first products were several units, as I added the rest of the products, I don't know why they were changed to one unit, so I had to place another order for the rest of the units. It seems to me that this is something that should be reviewed so that it does not happen again.
