In stock on the site, I pay and I pay to have my order in 48 hours. In real life, one of the two products was in restocking and I had to wait 10 days to get my products. Otherwise, once received, the products were in excellent condition.

I was happy with 1001 Hobbies lead times and delivery. They should pay a bit more attention to packaging to ensure the contents dosn't get crushhed a bit, not severe. I do save the boxes to the models I purchase. Also the limitations of credit card usage to only $250 was a bit restrictive. All in all they seem to have the products i wanted over some other sites and i havew been pleased with them.

No problems with delivery, but I ordered a model with illegible instructions and an important element missing for construction. This is the second time I've ordered from 1001hobbies, and the first time there were no problems! Maybe it's just a mistake, but I still recommend the site.

You can't sort by theme: WWI, WWII, Korean War, Viet-Nam, Civil War...

Easy to limit the search area (priijs, scale, etc...). The actual, direct, search function sometimes gives weird results.

1001Hobbies tracked down four sets of a now somewhat hard to find PE set for my order. They packed it well, and it got through the respective postal services in excellent condition. The tracking information they included was very helpful and provided regular updates. I am very well pleased with their service, price, and shipping charges.

The site was easy to use, and it provided access to many items I was unable to find the U.S. Their stock of items is very impressive, and includes things not always available here in the U.S. They were also extremely good at providing tracking updates, and notification of changes in the shipping status. Overall, a first class internet hobby site!

My order arrived earlier than expected, yes, it was open with a battery that I had ordered inside the model. I imagine they open it to check that everything is working properly.
