I had chosen in-store delivery and I received all the delivery tracking emails to the store as if I was going to receive the order myself. As a result, I wasn't sure whether my delivery choice had actually been registered. But it was, and I was able to collect my parcel as planned. I thought that if I chose in-store delivery, I'd be able to get to know the staff and get some extra advice, but unfortunately they seemed very busy and just handed me my parcel as they would at any other delivery point. Too bad

The delivery time is far too long. I was told that my order would be delivered on September 11th and I only received it on September 21st, knowing that I have to pay for postage, I find this unacceptable.

I've had no news for two weeks and I've had a piece that isn't from !!!!

This latest order was a bit of a hiccup, as the product wasn't really in stock and the lead time was longer than normal, but this was announced at the outset and taken into account. The problem was that, apart from the automatic alerts activated when lead times were exceeded, it was difficult to get concrete feedback on the status of the order. The lead time "2 to 4 weeks" became 6 weeks: order on August 5, received on Sept. 18. But it's fine, just an impatient guy to deal with at home. I know supplies are complicated these days. Thanks to 1001 Hobbies for distributing COBI.

Very long delivery! I bought extra gift wrapping paper (worthy of a 2-year-old's wrapping paper) and a card with a note on it, which didn't exist! On the other hand, the model (fortunately) was in good condition.
