Great service and great product
Very good service
The delivery with problems of Correos. The worst of all has been the product. Box without any seal. Only two pieces of tape. Loose pieces out of its matrix and out of its plastic bag. Pieces half assembled with glue remains. In the adhesive sheet have been cut some remaining in place the gap. Sincerely I have the feeling of having suffered a scam. I send you an email with photos that show that this is a product that has been manipulated by a previous customer and returned to you. It is the first time I buy from you and I hope a response giving an explanation to what happened.

Before offering products on your site, you should make sure you have them in stock. That way, customers won't have to wait a long time and call again and again.
Quick delivery, box in excellent condition. Everything perfect.
Good navigation on the website, items packed very well and in lovely condition.
No order tracking, at least I had to ask several times for a tracking number and finally one was provided, the delivery time was too long and the descriptions were not detailed enough.

Particularly poor communication. Unreachable by phone. Via e-mail was communicated that not everything was in stock, after three weeks I received a box containing everything. Finally received a response via e-mail, but to a question I did not ask. Guess they only give some standard responses and nothing else. For me the last time. At verspaget.nl it is in the mail the next day.

Impeccable delivery but it takes a long time to receive the parcels
They sent me the wrong item, a cheap unrelated product I never ordered. Customer service just keeps sending out questionnaires and no answers about our situation, so no help there either, I'm at a crossroads as for to what to do next.

I ordered a set with accessories at the beginning of March. I was sent an email to say it had been dispatched with tracking number. 4 weeks of tracking and nothing. I emailed customer service to find out the problem, no reply for 2 weeks. When they did reply they said they’d look into it and get back to me. I had to chase them after 2 weeks. Said it had been lost (I could have told them that!) and they’d send another. Sent lots of emails to customer services to find out where it was as I hadn’t received an email to say it had been sent with very little response. I finally received my order this week (8th June). So 3 months for an order when they said around 2 weeks is bloody poor, communication is also non existent so safe to say I will not purchase again from them.

Items to order and prompt delivery
Reasonable delivery time, given the problems between the UK and the EU at the moment. Parcel arrived in perfect condition, well wrapped in bubble-wrap and sellotape. Will order again from this supplier and will recommend 1001hobbies to others.
