I appreciated the shipping updates and package tracking feature. However, I found the tracking feature in French language difficult to follow (even though I would click on English translation much of the information was in French). My order was processed and received rather quickly given the pandemic difficulties. My package was received in excellent condition.

Languages in store interface and emails are mixed (German, English, partly also French). Delivery was very fast, that's good! The products of Kromlech are unfortunately not so good, very irregular plastic, in some places material is missing (e.g. lower edge of shields).

The seller is very reliable and generally fast, even for orders requiring restocking (online stock status not always up to date). This can take up to ten days, but overall the information is good and the customer well treated. To be recommended.

It's bad enough it takes days to gather the items for shipping but then they sent the items in a box when an envelope would have sufficed.

Too long a delay between order and delivery, even though the company is based in France..... Payment by PayPal subject to a "tax" (the only merchant site I know that practices it). Not to mention some lack of logic when ordering. In short, I am dissatisfied with this experience and will not order again.

Nothing to say everything was perfect no problem

When I received my order, there was a heavy glue fumes smell coming from the mailing envelope. I found that the contact cement tube had leaked in the envelope. The tube was still probably 90% percent full but perhaps a more protective mailing container is called for when mailing such supplies.

This foray into buying from within the EU was expensive, not the fault of 1001hobbies, but of the result of leaving the EU. Sha’nt be doing it again.

Long delay, but on the other hand the person on the phone was very kind.

VERY bad because there is not completely NUL, First 14 days including 11 to make a package is bad! but more unpacking! DECEPTION because the products sold under the heading " PAINT IN BOMB " are small pots! There's nothing to be done with pot paints, which means a lot of money down the drain and a lot of wasted time ... Génial ; "1001 Conneries " would be a more appropriate title.
