The navigation on your site is sometimes complicated. Nothing to say about the delivery, perfect. Customer service, I have two experiences two boxes where parts were missing, one box was changed, nothing for the other. so half satisfied. Still a little expensive but a lot of choice. I will return.

Parcel arrived quite damaged, the three boxes of models were nicely stacked and flattened but the models were intact... Apart from that: good choice and price, fast delivery.
Item was delivered on time but the model box had a dent in it contacted customer service and I’m still waiting to hear back from them it’s been 2 days, crap service will not buy again with this seller

I know that the health context can explain a lot of things, but having said that, it took me a month to receive my order (with one of your competitors, the maximum delivery time I've ever experienced was 10 days). However, the order met my expectations.

They sent me the model with insufficient protection, and the box arrived to me quite squashed and with a huge hole. The boxes of the scale models are not very resistant cardboard, if you don't put that box in a more resistant external one, the "careful" guys of Correos or the parcel companies can crush the package quite a lot. I informed 1001hobbies of the incident and so far I have no answer.

I have received the package. The content of a bottle of epoxy has come out of the package. I have filed a claim with photos and so far I only receive questions without logic, everything is clear in the photos and my explanations. It seems they want to evade their responsibility. I have told them that if they do not resolve the issue I will file a claim with PayPal. I am still waiting for their response. Yours sincerely.
