I ordered an expensive boat model. When it turned up the box was battered and some of the parts were missing. Despite promises from 1001Models to solve the problem I have received nothing. I let them have all the information I could, but despite this and e-mails back and forth for months I have received nothing. The model itself is excellent, but no good unless complete. I will never deal with this company again, their customer services are appalling. I recommend anyone who wants a model buys from a company who actually gives a toss about their customers.

As my order was missing an item, it remained on hold for several days, and I had no information, unlike the spam reminders for new orders.... I had to find the phone number to get any news about the reasons for the delay in my order. Once received, the order itself suited me and was compliant. 15 days delay due to a missing product

Shipping is a little expensive. Took a long time from placing order to Shipping....but once it shipped it was quick. Product arrived in one piece. Customer service was helpful too.
I found the product I wanted at a fair price and shipping was speedy. Knowing where the package was (on its way to me) was comforting. I'm happy.

Received my order incomplete. Missing 1 reference. Customer contact made on 11/06 by e-mail. Waiting for a reply from them. But don't worry, they're a very serious company and have never had any problems to date.
