They took a long time to deliver the order due to lack of some product, the rest was OK.

Very fast in delivery and informing at all times how the package is being delivered.
Order placed on 07/08/21 and received on 02/09/21 very long delays due to a part of my order that was not in stock this part ordered in duplicate ie tires it had only one part available in stock and the others were to return to stock on 19 and 24 therefore received my order without This part is still not in stock, so I think communication should be improved when there are stock problems, to avoid long waits. I would also like to point out that when my order was released, I received it the next day, so delivery was very quick.

Order placed over a week ago and still nothing, " order being processed " . So I ask what's going on by e-mail, I'm told that a product is unavailable and that they'll have it within 1 week ... So the whole delivery is delayed. The order was for my cousin's birthday this WE , so no present ... What's more, the code for purchases over 80€ didn't work. If the customer doesn't email to find out what's going on, nothing will happen. The site is not at all up to date in terms of stock, perhaps their specialty is the physical store because the site seems very complete but beware of deliveries. I still don't have my order.

Unfortunately there is no item description, which didn't bother me at first. Only after the order arrived did I notice that there were two different parts per set. Not too dramatic. However, shipping took a whole 12 days from receipt of payment to handover to the shipping service provider, even though the parts were in stock according to the homepage. The confirmation that my order was being processed was successful after 3 days, which is a relatively long time. Probably my last order from this retailer.
