Excellent quality item fast delivery extremely pleased except for the packaging, unfortunately the packaging in my opinion is totally inadequate delivered only in bubble wrap and no hard coverage to protect the box apart from that I am pleased with my purchase .

We've always been very satisfied with 1101hobbies, both in terms of reception, order preparation and delivery. There's just one drawback, and they know it, because I've already told them: when you choose a model, theoretically you order the paints that go with it, but there's nothing on their site to indicate the appropriate colors for the model you want to order. They really need to improve on this. Thank you

After several orders for different brands of paint, I've had no problems whatsoever, everything is always well packaged and sent quickly. The only minor point is that the label on the tamiya pots hides the product number.
