Already placed several orders where unfortunately some things went wrong; wrong items delivered and shipments (paid for separately) put together for one shipment. The latter has since been rectified and refunded by them. But communication is not always smooth. In normal mail traffic usually no answer, only in reviews. Also a lot of unnecessary mails and unclear history about orders. Rather have the impression that 1001hobbies belongs to the category "dozenschuivers" than a webshop with knowledge of business. Plus point is that they offer a lot but this belongs to the stock of suppliers. Prices are sometimes also quite high...

Great service would buy from again

According to the website, my order was supposed to be shipped immediately. It did not ship for almost two weeks. Communications with 1001Hobbies was good and once the order did ship, they kept me updated on the status. While I did receive the order later then expected over two weeks, all other matters were satisfactory.
