No organization! 2 items bought supposed to be in stock but 1 of the 2 was not in stock and sent later (and therefore after Christmas, great ...) And the 1st was supposed to arrive in relay parcel, but the center of the post calls December 24 to tell me that it is not eligible for delivery in relay parcel ... I had to free time on my work time to pick up my package at the sorting center post! Neither done nor to do ...

Although I've had great difficulty with delivery (due to poor service from Mondial Relay), I think your site is fairly well supplied and we can find everything we need for our pleasure. However, allow me to point out a few problems, namely the impossibility of reaching you by telephone (it was just before the holidays, so that explains it). which prevents us from ordering small quantities, i.e. a renewal of paint pots or a spray paint, but above all, don't put the labels on the reference of the pot, we don't know which color it is and we have to peel off the label and make a new one for each pot, otherwise I'd order from you again, because you're still very professional, and that's the main thing!

1 star is too many. Goods were in stock and I ordered. After some waiting time where my order remains, I realized that a model from Japan is backordered. I need the color I had ordered. No information about the remaining of my order. No answer to my first inquiry about my order. Second inquiry was answered with a standard text. Probably didn't even read my request. In reference to the navigation on the page what happened to me is that it did not specify the language of the product, in particular the instructions, which is why I had to return it.
