Promote products by indicating on the site that they are in stock, when in fact they are not. If I hadn't e-mailed customer service, I would never have known that my order wouldn't be honored, because the product is no longer in stock 🙁 but the refund was okay. I will never use this supplier again.
The website from which I ordered appears to be based in the UK, with a UK e-mail address and phone number. There was reference to the order being shipped from the EU thus perhaps causing delay. There was no mention of the fact that the company is actually based in France, and that there would be import tax and handling fees involved.
I simply can't do business with a company which behaves like this.
