I had trouble finding the books in the site menus. fortunately, the search function is there. the books arrived in a sturdy package.

Took a while to tell me they couldn't provide stock to me, although on their website they had it marked as "in stock". Once they did, a refund was very quickly provided.

Ordered a model which was sent back for some reason. I was informed and told it would be on its way but as yet no model and no reply to my emails. Don't mind the delay as long as they keep me informed but lack of communication is very poor. Will be getting bank to recover money if model/communication not forthcoming soon.

I recommend this site for your purchases. Very fast shipping, very well packed and good price.
Our order. An expensive two way radio headset was delivered faulty. The main headset was damaged and not functioning properly. We told them on the customer service contact which was an incorrect email. We are very concerned that we may not get a replacement item or our money back. The fact that the email address is not working gives us cause to believe that we are in trouble with this.

Very poor service.Ordered some little bottles of acrylic paint a month ago and still haven’t received it.If I had known it was out of stock, I would have never ordered it.Building project severely delayed.
Had issue with payment but I think this was down to PayPal and not 1001 Hobbies. Was resolved and 1001 replied to my e-mail to them. Gave me an ETA for ordered item so no complaints. Happy so far!

Since my last review still no refund only ideal promises of customer services contacting me to arrange refund. Maybe they bissy blockading Jersey? Maybe soon I can go direct to there offices in person and cause a fuss and that way I,ll get my refund.
