The models received are of very good quality. There was a slight delay in delivery, but a courtesy message indicating that the order was still being processed and an apology for the delay. Very happy with the products and the sales contact.

I provided a correct address but the package was sent to a completely different city and address, i still haven't received my ordered item

The item was not easy to find over here and your price was comparable to other companies who sold the product but they were out of stock so I saw you had it in stock awesome service fast delivery service very happy with your store and product

I ordered some items that were supposed to be available for immediate delivery. They should have been delivered the next day or the day after. Instead, it took more than a week. Communication via email was difficult and the mail was blamed. Eventually I got my package, but by then had arranged for an alternative at another store. Unless it is something I really cannot buy anywhere else I would not order here again.
