I really expected some sort of time delay on delivery because of the intercontinental distance. That was not the case. Both of my orders came within a week. Thank you for your excellent customer service and great delivery. J.R.B

Unfortunately very late delivery , after calling customer service they tell me they had not been restocked and could not ship it to me on time . Ok however at least they could have warned with an email about the delay . When they sent it to me it arrived quickly , I hope it does not happen to others .

My order was delivered quickly and correctly. Very good, but having to pay TWO shipping costs! 1 for delivery to your premises in Paris PLUS 1 for home delivery ... I find this a bit excessive.

Order arrived quickly, unfortunately one item was missing. Two weeks later something completely different arrived. Wrong article for the description and / or wrong article number. Now I'm getting my money back, even though the correct item would have been available. They must have realized that it was cheaper this way. I will never order here again

Item purchased, ship next day, 2-1/2 weeks for mail to get out of country, delivered 2 days later. Not a complaint just an example of sometimes international shipping can be worrisome. Tracking is good, product is great, Service is really good.
