Received model kit upon opening find that both sides of the chassis are broken this is now going on for two weeks still no further forward after emailing about the issue on a number of occasions still not resolved £130 spent only to be ignored by customer support

Selection of the Clever Paper models was extensive and the prices were excellent. The box for shipping, tho', was larger than needed for the goods and the paper that should have cushioned the products wasn't used efficiently; it didn't really "cushion" anything. No damage, tho'.
Delivery seems longer then average. Good point can produce the priduct your want but at a price.

Not very good stock management, as the order was placed when one of the two pieces was no longer available. No customer follow-up regarding supply, the customer has to call the site again to get news. On the other hand, the refund was made without any constraints and within a reasonable time.
