Great service fast delivery many thanks

My order d.d.19-03, is neatly d.d.30-03 delivered to the address given. Yes the waiting times are a bit long but that is also indicated. The few negative reviews on google regarding this company are not true. Am very satisfied, chapeau.

Very good, reliable site, on time delivery. Very good brand, at least as good as LEGO. Fortunately 1001 Hobbies offers them, as they are very rare. The only drawback is that delivery is to a relay point and not to your home.

Very fast delivery 2 days ahead of schedule

Well-packaged parcel and prompt dispatch. The paints are fine (except for one pot which is almost dry, but that can happen. Impossible to check before sending. Nothing dramatic). I already have other model projects in mind and will order from you. See you soon.

Great communication and fast delivery

One star, unfortunately less is not there. Eternal delivery time (more than two months), not all the merchandise arrived as it was out of stock (even though it was available in the shop), you cannot get a refund for missing items but only a voucher of equal value that I will never use given the very high shipping costs (not covered by the voucher). So basically I waited two months, didn't receive all the items I ordered and lost money on them as well. Non-existent customer service. lousy! Avoid if possible.

The package came in a box 3 times the size of the package to be received, and, even so, it arrived dented. I understand that with all the packaging it had, it had not been in transit, but was already packed with the blow. The order has to be placed without premium, approx. 10 days to arrive.

Huge selection, super fast shipping. The only small hitch is the price, a little more expensive than the competition, but when you're looking for a model that's hard to find, you're willing to pay a few extra euros!

Processing took too long, I placed an order on the site for items declared to be in stock, and in the end half my order was out of stock. 3 months later they warned me that one of the items was unavailable for an indefinite period and issued me a credit note. when I received the parcel, two items were missing and there was no order summary sheet inside. It was only later that I realized they were missing, and with the waiting time I thought I'd ordered the 2 missing items elsewhere.

I have no complaints about the product. I can't give it a 5-star rating because the delivery took much longer than originally planned. The package was even returned to 1001hobbies. I'll skip the details and thank Laure from 1001hobbies (I hope I've got the right person) who did everything she could to resolve this postal imbroglio as quickly as possible.
