The tracking of the parcel is very "reassuring" and above all reliable. the product corresponded to what I wanted, no disappointment. The surprise! but this has no bearing on my satisfaction, is that the model is made in Ukraine. I'm fully satisfied. I got my money's worth, as they used to say.

The site says delivery time 5-7 days, but that turns out to be 5-7 days in with them and only then is it shipped to us.

One of the resin detail sets had a broken exhaust and a broken "protective" flange. No big deal, but I believe additional protection packaging should be implemented. This would likely have prevented the breakage. Also I feel the shipping time was considerable, even with the pandemic, though I realize the postal system was the culprit here..

Had a problem with damage to one of the kits in this order. Reported it, sent pictures, replied to emails, but got no resolution for the damage that occured as a result of box selection and packaging.
