Everything was correct

I am not satisfied because the order has been delayed, it has not arrived on time and the tracking only says shipped and I don't know anything more about where it is or when it will arrive, I would like a little more information.

Short review: order only if you don't mind delays. Do not order if in a rush. Long review: I have made an order on the website, although I was worried bc of the reviews. I ordered an item on the 7th of December, that said "in stock, sent within a week, delivered by the 19th of December". In the end received it on the 28th. The order was fine, not damaged, it was an original dragon ball pod figure. Feedback to the company/advice to future clients: The advertisement on the website is tricky. You must read the purchase terms before purchasing. Unless it says the item is ready for same day ship, they won't actually have it in stock, their providers will. They're essentially drop shipping. The communication from the company is poor. Sent many emails, only received response from one, that I ended up sending in french(although I purchased from the Spanish website). It's not a bad company, but it could do with some better clarification for clients and better customer service. I hope to see this improve.

I am contacting you very upset and nervous to inform you that my order DTGIZPJFS has arrived in poor condition, the figure arrived broken. I unpacked it carefully and when I took it out of its plastic, I found this: The sword broken in two places and the lock of one of the braids also. I expect your commitment and a solution as soon as possible since the figure is very expensive and this has never happened to me. Please.

No issues between ordering and receiving, I just have some difficulties during the order validation, apart from that it's all happiness.

I received the package well after the expected date. I had to buy another model to have a gift for the person under the tree. You never replied to my email! So I will not order from you again.

The ordered products were available and the delivery was fast.

The car comes with scratches as if it were not new. Disappointed by what it cost... I am not returning it because it is the child's gift and I won't receive another unit in time.

Item sent 2 and a half months later than my initial order, while I had requested a refund... The item arrived in a large box, no protection. One corner of the game box is completely crushed.... I do not want this damaged box, but once again customer service is absent................. I am still waiting for the refund of my fourth item, which has never been in stock for almost 3 months..... Huge scam, do not order from them!!!

Delivery took much longer than expected. The item seemed to be in stock on the website but after ordering it turned out that it had to be ordered from the supplier. Ordered on December 9, and now on January 1 the message that it will be in Budbee tomorrow. We'll see.
