Happy with the purchase, but the product was indicated for immediate shipment, in the afternoon, and finally left after 6 days, after 2 unanswered emails and several calls, only 1 of which was answered. It was to be offered on Tuesday, but arrived on Wednesday.

I was impressed with the quality of the service, particularly the ease of finding what I was looking for on the website, and the relative simplicity of ordering and checking out. I was also impressed, if not simply surprised, by the speed of delivery; the item arrived very quickly from overseas. Packaging was excellent, and communication from and with the seller was excellent. I was informed at every step of the purchase-shipping-delivery process where my item/package was. It does not get much better than this.

A comprehensive site with an excellent stock, including some quite obscure kits. Guidance is given as to the level (around £135) where our Customs chums are likely to take an interest. A helpful warning! Probably takes a little longer than many vendors based in the UK, but, living as we do in the United Pingdom, that's a problem out of the control of 1001hobbies! Check prices. Some a bit high, many very competitive. Recommended!

I was looking for replacement sprockets on a servo I bought in 1992, I did not think I would find, but 1001 hobbies had a lot of sprockets, and at a small price!!!! Shipped/received within 48 hours to boot! Thanks 1001 hobbies

I actually had two of the same items ordered from them. They were shipped separately by 1001 hobbies. The first package was fine. The second arrived damaged with the items box partially crushed. Be aware that they are shipping from France, not Michigan.

Very good, impeccable service, careful and attentive. I recommend it!
