Orders made on the basis of available stock and supposedly in stock only arrive once received at 1001....... 3 months delay and no information. The prices are out of the ordinary, it's really a steal compared to other suppliers who also keep their promises, delivery within 3 working days .... For me it's over, you've forgotten me. I've placed several orders, each time with problems.

I was impressed with the the service on fulfillment, shipping and receipt. It arrived faster from France than domestic orders in the US. Kudos to 1001 Hobbies. The downside was the cost of the shipping. Obviously it costs more to ship from Paris to the west coast of the US than inside the continental U.S. Otherwise first rate experience.

Hello, I'm a bit disappointed because one of the two items I had ordered was theoretically available, but in the end it wasn't. I had to wait 15 days to receive my order, replacing the missing item with another one. I therefore waited 15 days to receive my order, replacing the missing item with another. I think this is a pity, but I don't hold your company too harshly to account, as this kind of inconvenience can happen anywhere. I would probably recommend other items if the opportunity arose, and I think your company is serious, as it informs customers of the status of their order and answers the e-mails sent to them.
