Very expensive and slow delivery

Excellent service, they explained that my order may be a couple of days late and apologised, I will most certainly be using 1001 Hobbies again.

Found the site easy to use, the pricing of the two kits very reasonable, prompt delivery and excellent order update/delivery messages. Have already recommended 1001 Models to friends.

Placed an order on the UK site wrongly assuming the product would be shipped from the UK. Unfortunately this was not the case, large importation bill from hmrc. 1001 models didn't inform me the item was coming from abroad and on contact with them after didn't care. As long as they've got your money they're not interested in customer service!

Very long wait until the item is delivered. Difficult and unclear communication with the company.

Service may be a little slow

They only publish reviews with 4 or 5 stars. Customer service does not respond to emails. The phone is not answered. I think this store needs to improve these aspects because there are other places on the Internet where to buy.

Good service my model Wes overdue emailed 1001 they got back to me and said that they would investigate it after a couple of days got word that it was dispatched then received it a couple of days later great customer service

Good navigation. But little product information. Arrived a 1/72 scale plane in vacuform, very low quality; if there were any other indication I certainly wouldn't take it. . Very slow delivery--too much waiting time.
