I've had a few problems with this site recently. When I accidentally placed a duplicate order (keep an eye on the quantities in the basket), I immediately reacted by sending messages and e-mails. I did receive one copy, but I've been waiting for a refund on the other for almost a month. Another example of my perennial dissatisfaction: when I was unpacking a model, I realized that a decal sheet was missing: I sent them a message, they replied saying they'd take care of it... then nothing. I received the wrong items after delivery was already late. Instead of two bottles of Thinner, I received 2 small jars of paint. I contacted customer service & it took two weeks for a reply asking for pictures. Another 3 weeks has passed since I sent pictures.
