The search functions on the site do a great job. You can then choose from a very wide overview. I also like the fact that brands are offered from Eastern Europe. For example, aircraft with Czech insignia or even DDR insignia. That is only possible with brands from those countries. Revell for example does not have that.

Unfortunately it took a long time before my order was sent while everything was supposed to be in stock. When I received the package on the 10th day after ordering, 1 of the 5 ordered items turned out not to be in it. I e-mailed about this myself and got the reply that the item was no longer in stock and that a one-time credit note for that value was put on my account. This reply was fortunately in Dutch because all other (automatic mail) came in French. Very disappointing for a first order.

Package arrived in perfect condition and within a reasonable time. Contents as ordered. Completely satisfied.

Packaging to be improved

THEY ARE EXPENSIVE, ONE OF THE ITEMS I BOUGHT I HAVE SEEN LATER ON ANOTHER WEBSITE AT HALF THE PRICE THEY DO, SAME ITEM AND SAME BRAND, AND THEY ALSO HAVE TO IMPROVE THE LOGISTICS BECAUSE THE DELIVERY OF THE ORDER HAS TAKEN A LONG TIME, I HAD TO CLAIM IT AND THAT WAS WHEN THEY SENT IT TO ME. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THEM, I WILL CERTAINLY NOT BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.
