I have not gotten my last order I have not gotten my last order. The order was for WWII US Army uniform rank insignia in 1/32 scale. The order was almost three weeks ago. Tracking information stated it had arrived in the USA
I received the merchandise 6 boxes of toy soldiers one box was open and emptyI immediately sent a complaint email I sent another a few days laterI am still waiting for them to respond.
Delivery was prompt, especially considering that it was international, and the size of the order meant that I got free postage. It would be good to see more special offers on the site, but apart from that I am very happy with my order.

They meet the deadlines they give even when some of the products are not in stock and they say that it takes X time to arrive that time is realistic (my order had a product in replenishment that indicated between 2 and 4 weeks and effectively two weeks to send it).
I still have not received my order. It was shipped much later than the estimated delivery date (it was estimated to arrive the week of February 17 and they did not ship until the 25th) without anyone contacting me to warn me that there would be delays (the first news I had about the order was that it was deposited at the post office to be shipped on the 25th). On other platforms I have always been warned if there could be any delay or other type of incident but in this case nothing. I will never buy anything through this platform again.

Ordering was easy Ordering was easy, thankfully not everything was in French. Tracking was a little hit and miss. I got a notice of delivery due on 2/24/21 a couple of days later it was changed to 2/22/21 and I was thrilled. package finally arrived on 3/1/21. I was starting to worry but everything was in the box and well packed for the long trip. Would certainly use them again.
