I was very satisfied with the entire process. The shipment arrived within a reasonable time despite Corona. I liked the good selection. I was unable to fulfill all my wishes with other providers. I thought the packaging was very secure but a little too big. J.K.

An awful company that send me the wrong product and refuses to answer my mails or messages even though I even contacted them by phone. Money first customers last. Beware before buying anything from these people.
Good sharing of information but when 1001 sends notifications of shipping that they would include what was shipped.
Ordering was easy thankfully not everything was in French. Tracking was a little hit and miss. I got a notice of delivery due on 2/24/21 a couple of days later it was changed to 2/22/21 and I was thrilled. package finally arrived on 3/1/21. I was starting to worry but everything was in the box and well packed for the long trip. Would certainly use them again.

The delivery and service have been correct. A lot of variety of models to choose from. Good price. It would be necessary to correct some models or put some more information or photos of content one of the requested models is of a different scale and does not conform to the requested one.
No problems, fast shipping. I like it especially for the Revell products that are not so easy to get in Spain.

I canceled and revoked my order by email on the same day as there was no option to do so online. Then I was informed that my parcel was being prepared for dispatch. I called the hotline and ended up in France. Then I thought everything was sorted. In the evening I received a message from DHL that my shipment had been announced electronically. Another email. There was no reply via Paypal either. Perhaps I can find out here whether I should refuse to accept the parcel or accept it first and then send it back (30-day right of return). Communication is a catastrophe and there have been no replies to my many emails and inquiries.

Item requested at 26122020 and finally got another one at 01032021 Was probably not available and they didn't let us know After several mails and phone calls it still came out okay The phone in the Netherlands was served by a French clerk who doesn't speak Dutch and hangs up after a while

Model was in bubble wrap packaging and Revell box had clearly been crushed and otherwise manhandled. It does not appear at a glance that any parts are damaged but whoever your logistics company is should consider using a box to ship these model kits in as they are fragile and have many small parts that can break easily.

I had no idea that i was ordering from France. It took 3 weeks to arrive and I had several mis leading emails saying I had not completed my order when I had. Should have made it clear it was not a UK delivery, I would not have ordered such small items from so far away. Products were fine when they eventually arrived

I paid the supplement to have delivery by Colissimo. I was supposed to be delivered on Saturday 27 my order was for a birthdayI was not delivered and I received a message from Colissimo which said that they could not delivertherefore conditions not respected and I can not even contact thembecause their site does not work.
