Good online service and prompt delivery. No complaints! The Website presentation could be improved by making the navigation better waymarked and clearer. The scene is rather crowded and working out the key 'buttons' that make one's searches work are not as easy to identify as they might be. The constant need to go back to reinstate filters between looking for items and loading up the sales basket might be worth looking at. Once the selection had been made, the service worked as it should very well. Thank you.

The shipment took a long time and was not to follow a week and a half long waited Then it turned out on arrival that it was a miniature puzzle this was not mentioned in the order at far zooming in on the picture I could have seen it very unfortunate

Delay a little longer than announced but order well received and well protected.

Extremely disappointed! I do not recommend this seller. The mock-ups were OK, but there was a 20-day delay with no information. I had to call again to finally learn that 1 can of paint was missing at 2 € which stopped an order of more than 250 €. In 3 weeks, no one was able to contact me to find a replacement! The icing on the cake was that some paints dried in their mini bottles. Not much from Pro!!! The good thing is that I looked elsewhere and found the same products.

Hello Very disappointed a late shipment order of February 12 received on 25 no exchange to explain this delay to customers. Difficult to reach you after several attempts we were greeted by a very unpleasant person we just ask if our order was going to be sent. Parcel finally arrived the box containing the model + just a turn over bubble wrap without cardboard without protection box fold inside with broken parts. What can I say without being vulgar?
