You don't respect the delivery dates you give and it's very difficult for you to keep us informed about the status of our orders.

So far all great but for paypal fees is no longer up to date

Easy navigation and choice of models. I may have been a little confused by the existence of the same model under different references, but the full list of references is usually given. I've seen better prices on certain models on other sites, but on the whole, 1001 hobbies' prices seem quite fair.

One of the products I ordered was not in the package; in fact for a long time that piece was "awaiting supply" based on the directions on the website, but although it took them a month they evidently did not find it. No communication about this has reached me; I wrote on Friday, 23/4, and am waiting for a reply.
