Fast delivery with no problems and the product corresponds to my expectations.

You come to 1001 Hobbies for the choice. On the other hand, the internet ordering system isn't quite up to scratch yet: 1) I'm very careful to choose only models that are immediately available, but unfortunately one of them isn't really available and the whole order is blocked for a week. It's not a big deal, and it may even be my mistake. 2) When the order arrives, a Mig21 has replaced the Avenger ordered. My son, who thinks the plane is cool, agrees to do it. I finally write to 1001 Hobbies to tell them we're okay with keeping the model in place of the Avenger, despite their mistake.... no reply... I'm left with the disappointment of not having received the model I wanted, and no response to the flexibility we've shown in dealing with a 1001 Hobbies error.... There's still room for improvement. After ordering 3 items on March 2, 2021 I finally received my package on Apr 21, 2021. Imagine my surprise when I opened it and DID NOT FIND ANY ITEMS I HAD ORDERED. That's right, they were 0 for 3. I do not know who they have working in their packing department but the person is incompetent! It appears somehow that my order was switched with someone else's and after waiting over 6 weeks for my items I am disgusted with 1001Hobby's ability to fulfill an order!

I have been a customer since 2013. 1001 has an excellent catalog of products, both models to assemble and tools and materials for modeling. That is why I am a loyal customer. However there is one aspect that should be improved and that is the delivery. Normally deliveries are not very fast and in some cases desperately long. My last order took exactly TWO months to arrive. However I hope to remain a customer.

Eventually satisfied. Too bad you don't get a confirmation. Had to email back and forth and wait a bit long for reply, but reply came. Item ended up being slightly damaged, but this is most likely due to shipping.

I bought some letters, they arrived in good condition and everything was well packed, the bad thing is that I waited 3 weeks for the arrival of the package, it is true that the web specified that it would take 5 working days to be sent but it was sent on the 11th working day plus the time it took the courier to transport the box. On the 6th working day I asked about the package and they answered me saying what happened in the end.

Once again catastrophic!!! I think I'm going to stop my experience with this site.An article that was supposed to arrive between 4 and 6 weeks and which took in the end almost 3 months......

Satisfied with the speed and items ordered. A small drawback: in my boxes of 1/72 figures, there are 2 metal items (quite expensive) with some manufacturing alterations and others due to transport.
