I would put 4 stars, but an order of 02/13 was not received until 04/8 because one of the ordered products was not available. The whole order was held up and only after my complaint could it be solved, that's why it is 3 stars.

Great site, I had only one problem, during the order I did not understand if I was buying one rider a package with more than one. In the description it was not written. Otherwise excellent management of both the choice , the timing of processing and shipping.

In general average because I called to ask what I had to do if I was not there to pick up the order and on the phone you answer a recording in French in which I imagined it was them, no one answered me either and by email they did not answer either, the product is fine but the customer treatment at least in Spain leaves much to be desired.

I will not be ordering again. When I called about payment and delivery, I was given totally inadequate information. As for the delivery, which was supposed to be effective in 72 hours, this was far from being the case! Several contradictory messages from Colissimo, the ultimate on the day of delivery when my details were invalid...but the deliveryman showed up! In short, a lack of seriousness and coordination for me, wondering whether I would receive my parcel or not.
