I've purchased various items for my RC buggy as couldn't get them in the UK and got excellent service each time and can't fault them unlike the delivery firm ups who completely messed the delivery up this time and my parcel ended up battered and torn, fortunately everything was still in the package but as for 1001hobbies top job, just a shame it's harder and more expensive to purchase now in the uk.

Easy ordering and delivery

I ordered on May 14. The main item of the order was specified with 4-6 business day delivery. On May 31 I received the package with everything perfectly packed and undamaged. I was very happy with it !

Very good nothing to say

Clear, easy-to-navigate site and good delivery timing.

Products as described. Once they placed my order they had good communcation with delivery from France. Prior to that they didn't have much communication and it took over a month to fill the order.

They bent over backwards for the decalquo from England and so did the model, even though it was late in arriving.

Very bad translations of the catalog in general. From French to Spanish they should not be so bad. Some of them are translated from English to Spanish by the automatic translator and look like the translations of the Chinese on EBay or Amazon.

Order processed and received in less than a week. Products conform, very satisfied.

I am very pleased with my order. 1001 Hobbies are the only people out there offering a model of the extremely hard to find Millenium Falcon. Delivery was two days past target date, but that’s probably due to customs, no? Will continue to shop with 1001.. thank you!

Communication in french from the m9eder company is not very convenient. Also the status of the order, what is and isn't in stock and what will eventually be delivered was unclear. Therefore, it was a pleasant surprise that the entire order was delivered complete.

It does not fit my needs. I was interested in two 1000 l. tanks for waste. Not the supposed model that I received. The advertisement of the item, is totally misleading. I am pending to return it and to be refunded the amount paid. I hope this is not a scam. I need instructions to the effect, which I expect to receive.

LOTS OF CHOICE ON A VERY PLEASANT AND CLEAR SITE. AND THE ICING ON THE CAKE IS THE PROMOTION... IT'S HARD TO BEAT THAT.

The guard rails that come with the Carrera One! racetrack for the corners are very tricky to attach!
