Very professional telephone enquiries and the first order arrived on time.

The miniature is magnificent but the "vitrine" was all cracked, it's a shame. Then I received an e-mail "inciting" and that displeased me. But the site is nice and I think I'll keep ordering.

Ordering was very easy, tracking was trouble-free, the inside protection of the box containing the model was meticulous and delivery was fast. In a word, perfect.

Product was only shipped 2 weeks after I ordered and paid for it. Shipping took almost a week. So in total, 3 weeks after my payment only received the product in my possession.

The plus: the best price for the chosen item compared with competitors. The minuses: free delivery, not for Belgium (unlike other French e-shops). The advertised delivery times (one week) are far too optimistic (in reality, two weeks).

Due to the current situation, the delivery time a bit long, but the things ordered arrived undamaged and packed as I requested!

Website name suggests NL site, but it concerns a French company, therefore it all takes a bit longer. Will therefore not be my preferred supplier. Everything else was sent nicely in a good box.
