Contact with customer service issues is fine. But a lot of information about the (delayed) shipment (which I had to chase myself) I then received in French, without an option for English.

I ordered an aircraft that was in stock. My account was charged immediately. Weeks went by and when I saw that it did not arrive I contacted you and you told me that the product was out of stock. I asked for my money back and they sent me a coupon to buy another product. What kind of world do you live in? That way of buying no longer exists. I will never buy anything from you again.
