Fast and correct !!!

Thank you for your reply. Does this mean that you will cancel the order and refund my payment? My parcel has been sent to me, but was then returned back to 1001 Modelkits because the paperwork wasn't correct. I have no idea what has happened to it now - I have emailed them twice but have had no reply. This is very poor service and is a big disappointment. It was my first order from them and I doubt if I will order again. The complete lack of communication, apart from automatic messages such as this request to rate them, is the biggest problem. I just want my order to be delivered!

I have still to receive my purchases, I was advised delivery would be on 5th February but that did not happen. I was then advised it would very soon but still waiting for delivery to take place. No further correspondence from seller. Still waiting for delivery.

Delivery a little long but product conforms

It was a pleasure to build this high-quality wooden model, with impressive precision in the cut-outs and a highly detailed assembly guide. The harvester's operation makes for a superlative rendering.

Book ordered (Codex Space Marines) arrived with one corner damaged because it wasn't packed well enough. Only 2 sheets of craft paper in a cardboard box for protection, how could it be so? We need to be more vigilant when it comes to shipping items that are not properly packed.

I paid 799€ for delivery (using Mondial Relay) for a figurine that looks like a miniature ... All for 25€ ... I wouldn't recommend this

Ordered 10 days ago and still nothing... Not even tracking activated yet. OK, there's covid and therefore longer delivery times, but the delivery costs aren't going down. Thank you for requesting an evaluation when I still have nothing.

I'm satisfied with the models I've ordered and made. Only the presentation of the model is sometimes a little light (Ex on 3 identical models we find 3 different prices: the manufacturers are not the same and the number of parts certainly either).

Helaas na ruim 3 weken nog niks ontvangen Ik heb op 23 januari een bestelling gedaan en betaald. Ongeveer 2 weken geeft de track and trace aan dat het pakket moet worden opgehaald door de bezorgdienst. Dit gebeurt maar niet. Twee keer gemaild en de toezegging gedaan door 1001hobbies dat het snel op de post zou gaan. Helaas nog geen resultaat. Ik hoop dat deze review 1001hobbies tot actie aanzet. ik hoop dat jullie dit bericht serieus nemen. Ik heb gelijk betaald. Nu moeten jullie mijn bestelling snel op de post doen. Mochten jullie willen reageren? Doe dat dan maar in het Frans. Dan kunnen jullie wellicht beter uitleggen waarom het zo lang duurt!
