Never order products that are not immediately available - delivery times are not respected

Failure to meet delivery deadlines when products no longer available are not reimbursed but a credit note is issued without explanation

Delay of more than 3 months. No contact and no apologies. Not urgent but not commercial at all. I do not recommend this site
