Very bad experience. The order arrived on December 21 and was not what we expected so we requested a refund on December 27 and sent the package. The transport company informed us that the package had been received by 1001 maquetas and after seeing that the 15 days for the refund had passed we wrote to them to find out why they had not contacted us and had not made the refund of the amount 7995€. It is a scam we have been robbed and after writing several emails no one has contacted us.

Delivery time FAR TOO LONG! with a .co.uk website and a UK contact number, assumed it was a UK based company as nothing to give true location obvious on website. Ordered two in-stock items on 23rd December and received 9th February. Far too late to be of any use and ignored all my polite requests to cancel order and refund. Accept Brexit excuse but expected delivery delays should be made much more obvious at time of order. Covid is not acceptable as every other supplier is managing perfectly well. Will not trouble them with my business again.
