1001hobbie.fr services are very good, the company is serious, the delivery is fast and the products are well packed and protected to avoid any damage during shipping. Perfect My opinion is the models purchased are very different. Mastercraft Hobby kit produces the most horrible models I've seen since I started building airplane kits. The old Airfix and Frog kits from the early '60s were splendid next to these three sketchy representations of the Tiger. Lousy engraving, no detail at all, decals fit for the garbage can. Only the box is good enough not to crush. Don't waste your money on this. Wait until the end of the year to buy the Revell kit, which will be released again, but will probably not offer the Spanish and Australian versions. I'm sorry to be so negative, but to offer such quality in 2021 is frankly making a mockery of model makers. Buying on the net is great for choice, but exposes the buyer to similar disillusionment because seeing it before buying can only make you give up on such a purchase. 1001hobbies is of course not responsible for this. After my first order, the aforementioned complaint is still not completed satisfactorily. This is mainly because it is almost impossible to get in touch with them. Today they finally responded with a short message saying they had not received anything and do not know what it is about. At the bottom of this message were all my email messages that I am responding to their initial offer. It is therefore incomprehensible that they would not know what the complaint is about; they themselves responded via email to my previous review via "real reviews". No doubt they must have all the details therefore (and moreover, it is even in the message I received from them today. Still this complaint has not been resolved. By phone they are also unreachable.

The shipping was a little slow and the product after comparing was quite expensive.

Great variety of products , prices are not the best but it compensates for what I look for I find it on these websites . I would improve delivery times and fine tune the prices. Otherwise perfect.

I ordered Blackstone Fortress: Escalation. It was in stock when I ordered it. It took months for you to then tell me it was permanently out of stock. I could have purchased it elsewhere, but I spent 2 months thinking I had already ordered it before you told me I wouldn't be getting it. I am not happy about that at all, as it is now very difficult to obtain, and I had to settle for other products that I had no real intention of buying.
