I was specifically looking for a dodge viper body for my electric rc car, and came across many nitro versions I thought I had finally found the right one with you, but was sent a nitro version This was a bit of a disappointment.The shipping and communication were otherwise very well organized, only I understood the French emails very poorly because I do not speak French

When ordering due to computer error, it was unclear who I had ordered from and ended up in the French website

I received the package damaged and crushed. Compared to your shipping rates, which I find a bit expensive, your packaging is not rigid enough. As a result, the products inside are a bit crushed for items I was planning to give as a birthday present in 1 week's time (I hope there won't be any unpleasant surprises when I unwrap the gift).

Serious and fast enough. A description of the choice of colors to take with the model would help a lot I think 🤔

Too many requests for advice

The original order kept not showing up online in the tracking. After several fine contacts, the shipment was reported as lost. Then I sent a replacement shipment and received it. Only inconvenient is that the customer service does not speak Dutch on the phone.

Initially not a positive experience, made payment but did not receive an order, later seemed to have been a bug in the system. Unreachable by phone, repeatedly emailed, but that did not provide a solution. Finally got someone on the line, who solved everything nicely. Too bad my son didn't get the promised item to make up for it. Car is super cool though!

Unfortunately it took a long time for the order to be delivered.

I was concerned after reading some review saying the items had not turned up and difficulty in contacting 1001. I was going to give it a couple of weeks but the concern was short lived as the model was delivered in a little over a week from ordering even coming from france and delivered by UPS.
