Delivery time FAR TOO LONG! With a .co.uk website and a UK contact number, assumed it was a UK based company as nothing to give true location obvious on website. MISTAKE. Ordered two in-stock items on 23rd December and received 9th February. Far too late to be of any use and ignored all my polite requests to cancel order and refund. Accept Brexit excuse but expected delivery delays should be made much more obvious at time of order. Covid is not acceptable as every other supplier is managing perfectly well. Will not trouble them with my business again.

Item first ordered in late October 2020 and after many reminders delivered in late January 2021. Hopefully next time it will be better.

Had to wait a while but finally everything arrived Inside the boxes were a little damaged but the figures were complete and good Definitely worth repeating

Lots of model aircraft to choose from at the 172nd, but sometimes you have to wait at least 2 weeks to receive your parcel if the model is not indicated as being""in stock"" at the time of ordering, but indicated as""delivery within 7 days"" or longer.

It doesn't really look like a model, it looks more like a child's toy! Very disappointed.

Hello, I had a little problem with 1001 maquette. Problem solved in 24 h. The person who took care of my file was top notch !!!!. I think her name is Laure. Also one of the only stores where I can find humbrol enamel or revell paints. Very fast shipping. THI

After ordering paint, one of which did not correspond to my order, they sent me back the correct reference without too much fuss.

At the moment, the order is lost between the 1001 maquettes shipment and the worldwide pick-up. To be continued...

After ordering a model for a Christmas gift this one arrived a month late so I bought another c xxx gift and upon receipt of the model I sent it back to you for reimbursement on January 22 to date no news of my reimbursement.
