Packaging to be improved

THEY ARE EXPENSIVE, ONE OF THE ITEMS I BOUGHT I HAVE SEEN LATER ON ANOTHER WEBSITE AT HALF THE PRICE THEY DO, SAME ITEM AND SAME BRAND, AND THEY ALSO HAVE TO IMPROVE THE LOGISTICS BECAUSE THE DELIVERY OF THE ORDER HAS TAKEN A LONG TIME, I HAD TO CLAIM IT AND THAT WAS WHEN THEY SENT IT TO ME. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THEM, I WILL CERTAINLY NOT BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.

Hello I received my order on time, however there is a malfunction of the equipment received. Very good responsiveness from 1001 hobbies who did what was necessary to recover the equipment ... to follow for the exchange of the product.

Limited choice of brands, but interesting all the same

Was initially worried about a Custom Tax Bill for my order even though 1001 has a UK title on the site. Thankfully my kits arrived on time and at no extra costs. Kept well updated by e-mail with my orders process Thankyou.

I find the shipping costs high for a delivery in a relay point, a competitor for a little cheaper delivers at home and then a shower of mail that I find useless.
