Very good experience, good products, impeccable service, I recommend them.

The package came in a box 3 times the size of the package to be received, and, even so, it arrived dented. I understand that with all the packaging it had, it had not been in transit, but was already packed with the blow. The order has to be placed without premium, approx. 10 days to arrive.

Huge selection, super fast shipping. The only small hitch is the price, a little more expensive than the competition, but when you're looking for a model that's hard to find, you're willing to pay a few extra euros!

Processing took too long, I placed an order on the site for items declared to be in stock, and in the end half my order was out of stock. 3 months later they warned me that one of the items was unavailable for an indefinite period and issued me a credit note. when I received the parcel, two items were missing and there was no order summary sheet inside. It was only later that I realized they were missing, and with the waiting time I thought I'd ordered the 2 missing items elsewhere.

I have no complaints about the product. I can't give it a 5-star rating because the delivery took much longer than originally planned. The package was even returned to 1001hobbies. I'll skip the details and thank Laure from 1001hobbies (I hope I've got the right person) who did everything she could to resolve this postal imbroglio as quickly as possible.

I ordered decals, several orders: very poor quality for a delay of 2 months for one of the orders. I threw money out the window and illusions.

The catalog is very extensive and specialized and the service is very good. Very satisfied.

Satisfied with the products, but the delivery did take a very long time. Was beginning to think I had booked on a fake account and could whistle for the products ordered. An email that there is a delay will not be bad for delivery problems.
