Product received perfect but I had problems. Purchase made on Feb. 24. March 1 I ask with an email when the package would leave response 3/5 working days. The 4 phone for info.they explain to me that they had to rewrap my product. 9marzo the package starts tracking estimated arrival on 13marzo. 17 the package arrives. 21gg. to receive my purchase. Communication seller poor. Communication carrier bad even after gg.13 March continued to estimate the 'arrival of the package on 13marzo

Window display arrived broken, and no response to my complaint

Fast shipping. Neat parcel.

Everything was good to find, the only point of improvement is the email handling, I got a confirmation in Dutch and then the messages about shipping in French. That should be taken care of, my French is like my Hungarian or Russian,I don't speak it and can't read it.

The delay was very long and the information was parsimonious...

Motor out of order after 10 uses...

Since you ask so insistently, I'll give my opinion.... Good order. But when I unpacked it, the tires of a vehicle were missing. I sent 3 emails to ask how this could be fixed. No, absolutely no reply! Since then, I've found the parts in the packaging, but I still have a bad impression. Another site selling models is much closer to its customers...

Very serious store, good communication, stock visibility, nothing to complain about.
