In terms of the site, the information and the order, it's good. However, I wouldn't say the same for the delivery: the parcel arrived at the relay point open, and the packaging for the battery ordered as an extra was also open. You send items of a certain value that travel hundreds of kilometers and pass through several hands and depots during their transport, and despite this, the packaging is treated very lightly. Packages aren't sufficiently secure, and that's a real shame......I really think this is a serious area for improvement if you want to build customer loyalty!
