Order from October, should arrive around December 22 after numerous requests for a shipping date.

This or that order I ordered something and I received something completely different and you can't even talk to anyone about returning the product, please send me who I can contact to return the product.

After 8 months, I have not received my entire first order! My second order has not been taken into account! I am waiting for its cost, not evaluated, to this day !!!!! What to do????????

Too long waiting time for the ordered goods (longer than a week!). After the invoice was received and a DHL tracking number was assigned to the shipment, it has now been 3 days and the transport service still hasn't picked it up! Unbelievable!

I ordered 2 airplanes, but in the box there was only 1 airplane. I have Tu 134 and I am missing Ilyushin 62!

More than two months waiting for delivery and after claiming several times they delivered the order wrong, the items I bought did not arrive correctly, one item was missing and another arrived duplicated. A disaster, I will not buy or recommend this site again.
