My order was launched on 1812 and the package arrived on 141. I judge the service acceptable only in light of the Christmas season and the particular situation due to the pandemic. Normally I would expect faster delivery.

This article is exactly what I expected

I cancelled an order on December 28 (delivery scheduled for the 30th and the item was not really in stock). The item was nevertheless sent on 05 January. I had to go to the parcel post on January 11 to refuse it. What's more, I received an e-mail asking me to finalize an order that I had never placed. Someone from the company contacted me on January 14 to tell me that it was a computer bug (a bug that doesn't register a cancellation and creates fictitious orders...) and that the transfer would be made by the weekend. And as usual, only promises and no action behind them, apart from an order that will certainly never take place. It's January 18 and I've still got nothing in my account. In short, if you order from them, don't expect to be reimbursed if you cancel an order. Company with inadmissible ways of doing things

Order placed before christmas based on stock given as available on the site but not received on january 11, 2021... making for a disappointed child! 1001maquettes only acknowledged the delayed availability after a complaint (no spontaneous information on the availability of the product).
