Everything is fine
Product was delivered in good condition and the quality was what I expected. Delivery time was excessive. I was impressed with the selection of models many of which I've not seen anywhere else in one site. I will shop again from 1001 I will just need to adjust my delivery expectations.

Such a small package in such a big box! Not very ecological.
Disappointed with the delivery I had ordered a tube of glue with a long metal tip as well as paint the tube arrived broken in 2 the glue was spilled all over the envelope ... surprising that it was not better packaged or in a separate bag necessarily that in an envelope the tip would bend .... What's more, it took me a week to receive delivery.

There have been delivery problems but this has been resolved.
The products were great and well packaged, however delivery took 5 weeks to arrive and it was difficult to get a response from. I spent about 3 weeks trying to get in touch with 1001 Modelkits as the delivery tracking info hadn't changed. I can see they've put an email address on their website now so hopefully this will improve. I understand Covid/Brexit/recent weather are causing delays, however I've received similar packages (size and value) from France in less than a week. I would encourage 1001 Modelkits to look at other couriers. I would order again, but expect a long wait for delivery.

Order 243996 (or SEJRO3IRA) from 19122020 cancelled on 28122020. An order cannot have 2 different references (dubious management)??? I had to go and refuse the parcel (sent on 05012021) that 1001 maquettes should never have sent following the cancellation accepted on 28122020 before sending. The parcel is on its way back and seems to be blocked on the logistics site. As 1001 Maquettes has proof that the parcel is on the return and that I refused it, I am now requesting reimbursement of the direct debits made and cancellation of the following ones. I can see from TrustPilot that this company scorns its unhappy customers. If I don't get my money back soon, I'll be forced to contact other dissatisfied customers and take legal action, starting with the promises the company sent me by e-mail (which they haven't kept). I also received an e-mail asking me to finalize an order that I had never placed, nor even put the items in question in the shopping cart (attachment to the e-mail that I sent directly to the seller). Clearly this company takes the liberty of inventing fictitious orders BRAVO. I find these methods very limited
