Very slow delivery made several requests for information order fulfillment without getting response.

Kindly the kit was sent to me as a replacement for another no longer available. The kit box was damaged but, fortunately, no parts were missing.

For certain products, the time to ship was longer than indicated resulting in a long time to ship.

Shipping costs too expensive

Unfortunately the delivery was incomplete. Only two of the 3 items ordered were delivered. There was neither an explanation nor any contact. Sad!

Unacceptable delivery delays! First order never received.... second shipment received after long wait (almost two months).

The price of the model kit was excellent. The length of time it took to process and ship it, was not. I appreciate things are slow due to covid, but it should not take over two weeks to process an order. I am still very happy with my purchase

Truly awful company. Ordered some scale figures, then realised they were the wrong scale. Emailed to cancel. Even though they admitted that they hadn't yet sent them, they refused to cancel the order and went ahead and sent them! Will never use again, and advise everyone to avoid.

Much too long waiting times for the order have been waiting for the 2nd order since December

Some poor assholes

Everything perfect in just 4 days I had the order, very well packaged and with what I asked for.

In general it has always been good, but this time it seems that because of the transport company we had a problem and I had to claim the order, they had to prepare it again, replacing some items with similar ones, etc., which in the end was four months since the order was placed until I got it, but it was solved and in the end it arrived to me.

Despite the pandemic this purchase went great, by the way they emailed me every day to see where my order was. Tracking it is super easy, great service (aside from the negative reviews about it in my opinion unfounded) so I definitely still buy what I'm interested in for my hobby. Congratulations

Everything packed very nicely

Was actually very impressed. Such a ridiculously low price that I thought it was a scam, but it wasnt and it was delivered quickly. Can't argue.

Very fast shipping and the forecast of how long it will take to have stock of out of stock products is very accurate.

I sent an email because I am dissatisfied with the delivery, but so far no response. No Dutch construction description. No good explanation of the contents. bundles of laths but no explanation of what they are for.

The site is done very well ,it is very clear,the material arrived intact,maybe the only thing the delivery time slightly long.

Arrived in seven weeks which is not to bad considering the circumstances and coming to the UK from France. Good value for money but I think it is a little excessive to expect the customer to spend £150 before free delivery.

Delivery took a long time

Goods ordered 26/02--received 16/03, which seems great to me counting the pandemic issues. Very well made models and wide selection at competitive prices. Highly recommended!!!
